This research guide is all about Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI). DEI encourages understanding, respect and fairness for everyone. We all have layered and complex identities and you will recognise parts of your own identity in this guide. All teachers promote DEI and these teachers are DEI leaders in our Junior School. You can ask them questions about DEI.
